As a muma of a toddler I know all too well the trials and tribulations of dealing with a fussy eater. Jasper is on the whole a good eater, enjoying a varied diet and a good amount of food, but he does have his moments where he just eats coco pops all day every day!

I love looking to other bloggers and vloggers for meal inspiration and take note of all of the tips and ideas on ‘what my toddler eats in a day’  style videos. There are so many fab tips on hidden veggie meals and just meal ideas that’ll get you unstuck from your meal rut and give you your cooking mojo back.

I often find myself in a stream of ‘fish fingers, chips and peas’ style meals and it just takes one fab blogger to tell me she’s cooking her kids fajitas to give me that boost I’ve been needing to get creative.

So I decided to get vlogging Jaspers meals. Not every day, but once a week I’ll be sharing what he eats in a day – breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. I’ll also try and show how much he actually ate to show the realistic side of things. I promise I won’t pick the’ food shopping just came, quinoa with everything’ days; it’ll be a blend of healthy, unhealthy, successful and pull my hair out days.
